• Perishable food items without proper packaging
• Items restricted under Pakistani law
5. Liability & Limitations
While we strive to deliver every package safely and on time, Honey Bee Courier shall not be held liable for:
• Delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances
• Packages damaged due to inadequate packaging by the sender
• Returns resulting from incorrect addresses or customer refusal
Our liability, if established, will not exceed the declared value of the shipment or the service fee paid, whichever is lower.
6. Payment & Charges
Service charges, COD fees, fuel surcharges, and applicable taxes will apply as per our published rate card. Rates are subject to periodic revision, with notice shared through our official channels.
